The Texas State University Police Records Division is staffed Monday-Friday 8am-4pm and can be reached at 512-245-2805 or upd-records@txstate.edu. Appointments are required to obtain record information.
The records division maintains case report numbers, public information, and open-records requests.
If you need to pick up evidence or property tied to a case, you will need to go through our evidence division. Property will be released by appointment only.

Requests cannot be processed over the phone or in person but can be done in writing via email or online.
